1. Data Collection & On-Device Processing

MinimoVox is built on an "air-gapped" AI architecture. This means:

• No Cloud Uploads: We do not collect, transmit, store, or process your audio recordings, transcripts, or translations on any external servers.
• Local AI: All speech recognition, audio processing, and translations are performed 100% locally on your device's hardware.
• No Accounts: We do not require you to create an account, meaning we do not collect any personal identifiers like names, emails, or phone numbers.

2. Device Permissions

To function properly, MinimoVox requests the following permissions on your device. All data accessed via these permissions remains strictly local:

• Microphone: Used exclusively to capture your voice for real-time transcription.
• Speech Recognition: Used to convert your audio into text using Apple's on-device speech frameworks.
• Face ID / Touch ID: Used locally by iOS to unlock your secure "Vault". MinimoVox does not have access to your actual biometric data.
• Reminders: Used to export your action items from transcripts directly to your local Apple Reminders app.

3. Third-Party Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your usage behavior or sell any data to third parties, because we don't collect any data in the first place.

4. App Store and In-App Purchases

MinimoVox uses Apple's native StoreKit for processing In-App Purchases. Apple handles the transaction and your payment information. We do not have access to your credit card or payment details. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle payment processing.
