Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

The Short Version: Minimo Travel Kit is a 100% offline, air-gapped application. We do not collect, store, sell, or share any of your personal data. What happens on your device stays on your device.

MinimoTech ("we", "us", or "our") built the Minimo Travel Kit app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by MinimoTech and is intended for use "as is".

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

1. Data Collection and Use

We do not collect any personal data. Because Minimo Travel Kit is designed to be an offline travel companion, it does not connect to our servers, nor does it require an internet connection to function (with the exception of processing Apple App Store payments).

2. App Data and Storage

Any data you generate within the app—such as your itineraries, budgets, scanned vCards, or documents stored in the Secure Vault—is saved directly to your device's local storage (via CoreData or UserDefaults). We have no access to this data.

If you delete the app from your device, all associated local data will be permanently deleted as well.

3. Face ID / Touch ID (Biometrics)

The "Secure Vault" feature utilizes Apple's LocalAuthentication framework to protect your documents. Biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID) is processed entirely by iOS. The app only receives a "success" or "failure" response from the operating system and does not have access to your biometric data.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Minimo Travel Kit offers in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. All payments are processed securely by Apple via your Apple ID. We do not collect, process, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. For more information on how Apple handles your payment data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Links

This Service does not contain links to external websites, advertisements, or third-party tracking software.

6. Children’s Privacy

Since we do not collect any personal data, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
