Minimo Tech ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Minimo QR Scanner mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

We build our app with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information to provide and improve our Service.

• Camera and Photos: Our app requires access to your device's camera and photo library strictly for the purpose of scanning QR codes and barcodes. We do not record, store, or transmit your photos or video feed to any external servers.
• Apple Intelligence (AI Summaries): If your device supports it, our app uses Apple Intelligence to provide plain-language summaries of scanned QR codes. All AI processing happens entirely on-device. No scan data, prompts, or summaries are ever sent to our servers or third-party servers for processing.

2. Third-Party Services

While we do not collect personal data directly, the free version of our app uses third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) which may collect information used to identify you.

These third-party services may collect data such as:

• IP address
• Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)
• Usage data and crash reports

Users who purchase the "Lifetime Unlock" premium feature will have all third-party advertising SDKs disabled, and no ad-related tracking will occur.

3. Data Storage and Security

Any scan history or generated QR codes are stored locally on your device. We do not sync this data to our servers. If you delete the app, your history is permanently deleted. The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
